Return Policy

Organising Returns or Exchanges for Registered Customers

To initiate a return:

Log in to your Columbia account.
Go to My Account → Returns
Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation notification, and can track your return under 'Track Your Order'.

Returning Your Purchase

Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original method within 7 working days
VAT on returned items will also be refunded.
If an item becomes unavailable, you’ll be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method.

Returns Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery. Returns beyond this period will not be processed and will be shipped back at your expense.
If your order contains multiple items, you can only initiate a return after all items have been delivered.
KSA customers: Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original method within 7 working days
Items can only be returned once.
Items not included in the approved return list will be sent back, with shipping charges applied.
All items must be returned together in one package.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, belts, and accessories included.
If products are used, damaged, or not in resale condition, Columbia may reject the return.
Returns must be handled through Columbia’s partnered couriers only.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, log in to your account and submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns,and refunds for online purchases must follow the above processes.

Columbia Rights

Columbia reserves the right to refuse returns on any items deemed unfit for resale.

Returns requested after the allowed timeframe will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, with shipping costs charged accordingly.
