    Are my bank details trusted for online payments at Columbia?

    Yes. At Columbia, your payment security is our top priority.
    All card transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your details are fully encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and are only used to process payments you authorize.
    Saved card details are never shared with third parties.
    We may collect limited contact information (such as your phone number) to confirm your identity and assist with deliveries.

    Why should I use prepaid methods of payment?

    Using online or prepaid payment options offers several benefits:

    How can I pay using Apple Pay?

    Follow these steps to pay with Apple Pay:

    • Ensure your card is saved in your Apple Wallet.
    • Proceed to checkout on the Columbia app or website.
    • Select Apple Pay as your payment method.
    • Confirm and complete your purchase using Face ID or Touch ID.
    Can I pay using Card On Delivery?

    Currently, we do not offer a Card on Delivery payment option.

    What should I do if my payment is on hold?

    If your payment remains on hold after the estimated delivery date, there may be an issue with processing.
    Please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll check your order status and provide an update.

    My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?

    Please check the following before retrying your payment:

    • Ensure all card details are entered correctly — number, name, CVV, and expiry date.
    • Confirm that your 3D Secure OTP is entered correctly and hasn’t expired.
    • Make sure you have sufficient funds available on your card.

    If everything appears correct and the issue continues, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.

    Delivery Information
    What is your shipping policy?

    We offer free shipping for orders above a certain value:

    • UAE: Free shipping on orders above AED 150
    • KSA: Free shipping on orders above SAR 199

    Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly delayed due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and continued trust.
    We currently ship to the following countries:

    • United Arab Emirates
    • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

    Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase. For example, if you shop on the UAE website, delivery will only be available within the United Arab Emirates.
    Important Delivery Information

    • For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon delivery.
    • Once an order has been signed for, Columbia is no longer liable for the product.
    • Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are provided as estimates only.
    • Columbia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier processes.

    Return Requests:

    • Registered users can log in to their account and submit a return request under My Account → Returns within 14 days of receiving the order.

    Order Changes or Cancellations:

    • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited (e.g., address or item changes).
    • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
    • Registered users: Go to My Account → My Orders.
    • After dispatch, orders can no longer be cancelled.
    What is your charge for delivery & cash on delivery?

    UAE

    • Shipping Cost: AED 10 for orders below AED 149
    • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 150
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 working days
    • Note: Orders placed after 2 PM (UAE time) will be processed the next working day.

    KSA

    • Shipping Cost: SAR 20 for orders up to SAR 199
    • Free Shipping: Orders above SAR 199
    • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
    • Note: Orders placed after 1 PM (KSA time) will be processed the next working day.
    What if I don’t want the order anymore?

    To cancel your order:

    • Log in to your Columbia account
    • Click on the profile icon (top-right on web / bottom-right on app)
    • Go to My Orders
    • Select the order you’d like to cancel — if it’s not yet shipped, you’ll see a Cancel option

    If your order has already shipped, you can inform the delivery agent that you no longer wish to receive it. The courier will return it, and your refund will be initiated.
    Refund Timelines:
    Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original method within 7 working days.

    What if I received a damaged item?

    In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
    Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
    All Columbia products undergo strict quality checks before shipping to ensure you receive items in perfect condition.

    Can you divide and ship my order in multiple shipments?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to divide shipments manually. Orders are processed and allocated automatically by our system.

    Who are the carrier partners of Columbia?

    UAE: Emirates Post, iMile, Aramex, and our own Columbia Fleet
    KSA: Aramex, Shipa, iMile, Quiqup and our own Columbia Fleet

    What do I have to present upon receiving my shipment?

    For security purposes, you may be asked to present a valid ID upon delivery to verify your identity.

    Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? How?

    We recommend double-checking your delivery address before placing an order to avoid delays or cancellations.
    If you need to make an urgent change, please contact our Customer Care team via email or chat as soon as possible.

    My order has been shipped, what next?

    Once you receive an SMS notification confirming that your order has been shipped, it means your package has been handed over to our delivery team and is on its way.

    Do you offer collection in UAE?

    At the moment, Click & Collect or in-store pickup is not available. All orders are delivered directly to your chosen address.

    How long does it take to receive my order?

    Estimated delivery times:

    • UAE: 1-3 business days
    • KSA: 3-5 business days

    Why do we ask for your ID?

    In certain countries, providing your ID number and full name is required to ensure smooth customs clearance and hassle-free delivery of your order.
    This information is used solely for verification and shipping purposes and helps prevent delays or issues during customs processing.

    Unavailable Products
    Something is missing from my order, what do I do?

    If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Care team so we can review your order and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

    While every order goes through strict quality checks, mistakes can occasionally happen.
    If you received an incorrect item (in size, colour, or style):

    • Please submit a return request for the wrong item.
    • Contact our Customer Care team to assist with the replacement or refund process. Our team will ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
    The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

    If a product is currently out of stock, we recommend checking back soon, as our inventory is updated regularly.
    You can also add the item to your Wishlist (if available) or contact Customer Care for assistance or updates on restock timelines.

    Order Cancellation
    Why can’t I cancel my order?

    Orders that have already been processed or shipped can no longer be cancelled. Once you receive the order, you can initiate a return request, and the refund will be issued using your original payment method.
    If the 'Cancel' button is not visible, it means your order has already been 'Dispatched' (shipped) and is on its way to you with the courier.

    One or more items has been cancelled from my order, what is the reason?

    Your order (or part of it) may be cancelled for one of the following reasons:

    • Quality check failure: Occasionally, an item may not meet our quality standards for size, color, or condition, leading to cancellation before dispatch.
    • Incorrect contact number: A valid phone number is required so our courier can reach you for delivery.
    • Stock unavailability: The requested item may be out of stock or no longer available.
    • Unsuccessful payment: If your payment fails, the system automatically cancels the order and sends you an email notification.
    • Duplicate order: If the same order is placed twice within a short time, the duplicate will be cancelled automatically.

    You’ll receive an email confirmation if your order or any item within it is cancelled.

    How can I cancel an item or the entire order?

    You can easily cancel an order or a specific item yourself as long as it has not yet been shipped.
    If your order status is 'Processed', you can still cancel it.
    Simply follow these steps:

    • Log in to your account.
    • Go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘My Orders’.
    • Find the order you wish to cancel and open it.
    • Select a reason and click ‘Cancel Order’.

    Once complete, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

    Some items from my order got cancelled, how do I get my refund?

    Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original method within 7 working days.

    My order is shipping in multiple packages. Can I cancel the items that haven't shipped yet?

    Yes, as long as the item in question is still not dispatched, the cancel button will be available for that item.

    Can I restore a cancelled item from my order?

    Unfortunately, restoring cancelled items is not available at the moment. You can place a new order instead if the item is still in stock.

    Can I edit my order or restore a cancelled item?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit an order (like modify order item(s)) after it has been placed. You would need to cancel the entire order (if it's not dispatched) and place a new one. Similarly, a cancelled item cannot be restored. You are welcome to place a new order for that item if it is still in stock.

    Why can’t I edit an order that I placed?

    Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. You can either cancel the order (if not yet shipped) or place a new order.

    Why was my order (or an item) cancelled?

    We're sorry if this happened! Sometimes, an order or item may be cancelled by our system. This is typically due to:

    • Quality Check: The item didn't meet our high-quality standards before shipping.
    • Stock Issue: In rare cases, the item went out of stock before your order could be fulfilled.
    • Payment Issue: The payment for the order was unsuccessful.
    • Incorrect Info: A valid phone number is required for delivery, and the one provided may be incorrect or unreachable.
    My order is already 'Dispatched' but I still want to cancel. What can I do?

    Please contact our Customer Service team right away. While we cannot stop the delivery at this advanced stage, the easiest solution is to simply refuse to accept the delivery when the courier arrives. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will automatically process your refund.

    I refused the delivery. When will I get my refund?

    Your refund will be processed 7 days after your shipment is received and logged by our warehouse. If you don't see your refund reflected within 7 days after refusing the delivery, please contact our Customer Service team. We will be happy to check on its status for you.

    Returns and Refunds
    How do I return an item?

    We offer easy, hassle-free returns. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
    To submit a return request on iOS / Android / Web:

    • Log in to your Columbia account
    • Click Account → Returns & Exchanges
    • Select Create New Return and choose your items
    • Provide your address, reason for return, and preferred refund method — Credit/debit card (cash refunds not available)
    • Confirm your location if prompted
    • Items will be collected within 5-7 working days
    • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original method within 7 working days.

    Return Conditions:

    • Request requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
    • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
    • Items must be returned in the original box

    Some products are non-returnable — check product details before purchase. If you need help, please contact us.

    What is the return policy?

    Return exclusions (for hygiene reasons):

    Return Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
    Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, log in to your account and submit a return request within 48 hours via Returns.

    My order was cancelled. How do I get my refund?

    Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original method within 7 working days.

    Why is logging in with an actual account better than a guest account?

    Creating a Columbia account offers greater convenience, security, and control. You can easily:

    • Track your orders, returns, and refunds in one place
    • Access your purchase history
    • Enjoy a faster checkout for future orders

    We recommend registering for a better shopping experience.

    How do I create a Columbia account?

    Option 1: During Checkout

    • Add your selected item(s) to the shopping bag.
    • Click the shopping bag icon to proceed to checkout.
    • Choose “Create Account”.
    • Sign up using your Google, Facebook, or Apple ID, or create one manually with your email.
    • Use a strong password with at least one capital letter, one small letter, and one symbol.
    • Enter your own email address (for password recovery) and a valid mobile number (to avoid delivery issues or cancellations).

    Option 2: Through the “My Account” Section

    • On the website, click the profile icon (top right); on the app, find it at the bottom right.
    • Select “Join Now.”
    • Follow the on-screen steps to complete registration.
    • Ensure your password, email, and phone number follow the same guidelines as above.
    How can I view the website in Arabic?

    On the Mobile App:

    • Tap Account (bottom right).
    • Go to Settings.
    • Select العربية from the top-right corner to switch to Arabic.

    On the Website:

    • Find the language selector at the top-right corner of the homepage.
    • Click next to “Change Country” and select العربية.
    I am not receiving Columbia emails, how can I sort this out?

    Please check your email settings to ensure our messages aren’t being blocked.
    Go to your email settings and open the trusted senders / safe list.
    Add our domain @columbia.ae to your trusted list.
    If you find our domain in your blocked list, remove it and re-add it under trusted senders.
    This will allow Columbia emails to reach your inbox without being filtered out.

    How do I change currency?

    We currently do not offer a separate currency converter.
    To view prices in your preferred currency, please switch to the relevant country store:

    • UAE → Prices shown in AED
    • KSA → Prices shown in SAR
    I’m having trouble signing into my account; do I have to create a new one?

    Not necessarily. Please try the following steps first:

    • Make sure your email and password are entered correctly with no spaces before or after.
    • If you still can’t log in, try resetting your password:
    1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
    2. Enter your email address or phone number.
    3. Choose Confirm via Email.
    4. Follow the link sent to your inbox to reset your password.

    I forgot my password, what should I do?

    You can easily reset your password using the following steps:

    • On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.

    • A service fee for technician inspection
